One West Being Investigated For Fraud

Home Owners Will Get Their Day in Court!

Earlier this year you may remember my post about Carol Stinson, who started Home Revolution. Please pass this information on to people you know who may be able to benefit from the class action lawsuit against One West/IndyMac. Here is the recent update to her story:

         Greetings to everyone,

I have an Attorney that is willing to take on a Class Action Suite against Indymac/ One West. If you would like to be a part of this      lawsuit I will need your information involving a forbearance or loan modification agreement rejected by the lender after arguable acceptance of same. In essence this suite is for Indymac/ One West borrowers who were granted a Loan Modification by Indymac/ One West and then had    revoked or denied after the agreement.

Please pass this on to everyone in your contacts as this is a big step towards gaining justice!foreclosure-sign

Together we can fight back!

After forwarding my One West Bank story and predatory Loan information to the Department of
Banking and Insurance I was informed the the Office of Thrift Supervision over sees One
West Bank. they are currently investigating the fraudulent practices of
One West Bank and are doing full investigations on loans from homeowners
facing foreclosure from One West.

Please take the time to fill out a complaint on the Office of Thrift Supervision web site http://www.ots.treas.gov/?p=ContactOTS.
The more Indymac/ One West complaints that we can get into them  the
more convincing our battle will become. Please also forward this to
anyone that you know who is facing a One West Bank foreclosure. My goal is to flood
the Office of Thrift Supervision with complaints on Indymac/ One West
Bank.

Below is an email that was forwarded to me by the Office of Thrift Supervision. I cannot stress enough how important it is that
you file a complaint. This may be the answer that we have been searching
for.
Thanks for your correspondence regarding OneWest Bank. OTS is primary
regulator of OneWest Bank. We need a signed complaint in order to address
your concerns. You may print your email, sign it and either fax the signed
email to the OTS at (202) 906-7342, or mail
it to:
Office of Thrift Supervision
Consumer Response Division
1700 G Street, NW
Washington, D.C. 20552
Instead of signing and forwarding a copy of your email, you may complete the
complaint form attached or located on our website at www.ots.treas.gov.
You may also include copies of supporting documents with your complaint. As soon
as a signed email or a signed complaint form is received we will initiate a
review of your complaint. If you have any questions, you may contact the Office of Thrift Supervision
at (800) 842-6929.
