I love houses! For more than 30 years, I’ve been involved in one way or another in real estate. I work with buyers and sellers and also do home renovations for investors, resale or for current homeowners.

As a REALTOR and renovator, I pay close attention to every detail. I’m good at marketing, negotiating, and liaising with all the different parties involved in a transaction. You’ll never get lost in the shuffle.

I was born on the west coast, grew up on the east coast, and have been in Albuquerque a dozen years or so.  In addition to Real Estate, I’ve taught English overseas and have written a few books on career subjects.

My interests include travel, photography, playing guitar and writing.

In addition to my work, I'm an outdoor enthusiast; I enjoy biking, hiking, swimming, Pilates, and spending time with my family.  My favorite charities are: Special Olympics, Habitat for Humanity, and Watermelon Ranch,  a “no-kill” facility dedicated to finding homes for abandoned pets.

I have been in the insurance business since 1987 and in 2006 started my own Allstate agency. I’m based  in Bernalillo, New Mexico, but  I am mobile and can sell insurance and service your needs anywhere in New Mexico. I’m just a phone call away.

When I’m not working, I enjoy camping and exploring our beautiful state of New Mexico. Time with my family is very important to me, I have 3 beautiful little grandaughters that I spend as much time with as possible.

I am the owner of Interior Impact, LLC, an interior design and staging company. I stage vacant properties for sale to help the homeowner and agent show the home at its best and work toward getting a quick sale for top dollar! Staged homes sell faster than vacant ones!

I can work with the owners’ existing furnishings or I can completely furnish properties with furniture, art, rugs, plants, lamps, mirrors, and other  accessories. Buyers often fall in love with staging items and buy the property because they feel a warm, inviting ambiance!

I have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and have been doing Interior Design work for 30 years. I have done models for:

I recently completely decorated the Albuquerque home for Bryan Cranston (the Emmy award winning star of “Breaking Bad”),  and Vince Gilligan (the producer and writer of the X-FILES ), have had property filmed for HGTV, and have decorated 9 Parade of Homes award winners.

My hobbies include painting and sewing which also serve as an adjunct to my business. I currently am teaching an interior decorating class for the women's ministry group at my church and have taught these types of classes for years.

Aside from my busy life in real estate I have raised three boys and one daughter who have blessed me with six grandchildren!  I paint with watercolors in my "spare time" and love to relax with my husband on our back patio with a fire burning.
